Please arrive at the clinic 5-10 minutes before your appointment to complete new patient paperwork. If necessary, bring any related medical imaging/reports and private health insurance cards.
Our initial appointments last 45-60 minutes. During this time, we will take a detailed history of your injury, and a past medical history, and perform an examination and treatment.
Return appointments last 30 minutes.
It is best to wear loose-fitting and comfortable clothing during the appointments. Occasionally, we may ask patients to remove certain items of clothing and/or wear a patient gown to facilitate the assessment or treatment. However, this is not mandatory, and we always obtain consent.
Your GP may provide a referral as part of Medicare’s Chronic Disease Management Plan. This can be up to 5 subsidised visits per calendar year.
Payments are typically paid in full in the clinic, with a Medicare rebate applied back to the chosen debit card after Medicare processes the appointment.
Most private health insurance extras include Osteopathy. However, we recommend you check with your private health insurer to ensure you are covered before commencing treatment.
Parking is available for patients both under the building and on the street.
